Many of you will remember the combination Post Office and School Store in a metal cage in the basement of the southern end of the Allan Building. All of the heat pipes for the campus ran through this area and the temperature in the area was routinely (summer and winter) above 100 degrees.

We no longer have a post office here. And over the years we have have expanded our items for sale to include: clothing, snacks, school supplies, blankets, beach towels, etc.The cage is no longer there. And, we actually have some air conditioning.
